RETURNS & REFUNDS
We believe you will love our skin care products as they are unique and will produce the results. However, if you are not satisfied with the products you may be eligible for full or partial refund provided the products are in new or gently used condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns are subject to validation and approval by Skin Clare admin. Please send us an email at support@skinclare.com within 20 days of purchasing, we will review and will provide you authorization number.
If approved you should mail it to the address provided with authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Once we receive the item(s), we will arrange a refund. All refunds will be made on the same payment method used to make the original purchase. This can take a few days to process, depending on your method of payment.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake or you received damaged item(s), send us a message; we will re-ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost. In such cases a valid proof like photos, videos will be required.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after placing your order. We offer free shipping within Canada by Canada Post via Standard Service. However, upon customer’s request the product can be delivered with Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority post. Write us message at support@skinclare.com, we will provide you and updated rates voucher to apply at checkout. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Shipping to rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.
